Arrived at restaurant for our reservation but 2 people from our party were delayed. They wouldn’t let us sit at our table which was reserved and empty. So we waited in the waiting area. But they didn’t like that. Then they made us move to the bar area where it was crowded and we could barely get a spot near the bar. Stupid business decision on their part. Had we been able to sit at the table while we waited. We probably would have spent more money order drinks and pickings while we waited. They had our table reserved so it’s not like they were giving our table to anyone. I predict they would have had at least $200 more in sales had they let us sit. Poor business decision which will Cost them...
The New Year's Eve package was fantastic. Everything was executed flawlessly, and the portion sizes were generous. However, one drawback is that the restaurant does not offer separate checks for groups at the same table. This is a basic service expectation when multiple couples are dining together. In 2023, I visited for New Year's Eve again, and while the food and service remained excellent, the refusal to provide separate checks was disappointing and took away from the overall experience.
The Herricks Class of 1983 Reunion was perfect!!! The planning help, the intimate atmosphere, the food, the service… can’t thank The Snapper Inn enough. The messages going back and forth the day after our event were nothing but praise saying the Inn was perfect, awesome, and delicious with so much food, and our cake was stunning! The help couldn’t do enough! L V E The Snapper Inn! Thank you so much Kerry, Josh Patti for going above and beyond for us! Hope to get back there again soon!

Just went to Octoberfest here! I loved the pumpkin beer with the rim of sugar and cinnamon! The sauerbraten and the potato pancake with apple sauce were delicious! And yummy apple strudel for dessert! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Went for family xmas eve dinner and it was excellent. Food was great , service was very good and the atmosphere was also very good. I am glad we did the 4 o'clock seating. We left around 6 and it started to get very crowded at that time
What a great holiday restaurant to go to with friends! So festive and fun! Staff is great and food excellent. Not a big selection of entree choices but just enough to have something for everyone.
A fantastic spot for gathering with family and friends! We experienced both. The service was excellent and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely.
