I normally love this snowball stand . The ice is impeccable but just a note to the owner, went the night of 3/13 and you were likely training new employees. One girl had two new employees. As you can see in the picture my snowball had ice with no syrup. I had also asked for condensed milk and she gave me one pump of condensed milk. I did mention this to her and said is that all that I get she looked at me dumbfounded and handed me my snowball. I then got my car to mix my snowball and noticed the lack of syrup. I went one evening to get Nachos found a damn hair in them. then I called to tell them the guy was confused in what I was saying so then two day later I go back to get something else then I let the little girl that didn't have respect for what I was saying plus showing her a picture of it. She reply I don't what ur showing me and that I should have came the next day if I wanted something for free no hon I wanted y'all to be aware of hair and for it not to happen again I can care less to get s for free then I call again to talk to owner or someone not those girls.
Honestly, this is my favorite snowball stand in the New Orleans area, and I’ve lived here my entire life. The staff is always kind to my kids, even when I stay in the car. My favorite is the filled snowballs, especially the strawberry with cheesecake—it's amazing!
The service was quite slow during our visit. We ordered a medium snowball and a small one, both topped with sugar-free wedding cake syrup. The total came to $8, which I thought was a bit overpriced. I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon.

Always stop when in town, but today was not so tasteful. Ask for Ice Cream taste like lemon.
