This restaurant is absolutely terrible, I cannot emphasize enough how bad it was. I should have known better when I saw how dirty the takeaway area was and there was only one person sitting at the outside table. We ordered Hot and Sour Soup, which was boiling hot but lacked any flavor of being hot or sour, Chicken Noodle soup without chicken for my vegetarian wife, which was basically noodles in brown water, lemon chicken that was covered in a disgusting, thick, syrupy lemon sauce with a soggy batter, and mixed vegetables in black bean sauce which was by far the worst of all the dishes. The best thing was that they delivered to Boat of Garten, so we were grateful, but: 1) The ribs were woody and tasted bad. 2) We ordered Roast Duck crispy noodles and Duck in Orange sauce with fried rice. We got a Duck dish with...beansprouts and onions- no noodles and Duck with pineapple and tomato in an indeterminate syrup- certainly it had never seen an orange.. Further- the batter surrounding the Duck was extremely thick and soggy. It tasted like the Duck was wrapped in a wet flannel. The whole experience was fairly nausea inducing. soggy pancake rolls, chicken wings were ok. my niece had sincere problems to find among all kind. special fried rice was not very special. but again very little meat was added. Salt and peppers were again very poor, only tweepering and a good deal of what I think was salty chili season. chicken balls were ok, but the gravy that accompanied them was so salty that we couldn't eat it. I could go on. we should have returned all the articles. to spend almost 60 pounds, it was so disappointing.
After a hectic day, I decided to stay in and order takeout from Snow Mountain. I found their menu online and was impressed by its variety. We ordered Chicken fried rice with curry sauce and the house special curry with fried rice. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and efficient. While it was a bit pricier than similar options I've tried, I still highly recommend it.

all items were edible but not enjoyable. Pancake rolls were very soggy, chicken crispy noddles very crispy noodles and chicken in a different sauce, my husband said the honey chilli chicken was ‘edible’. Wish I stayed home ate leftovers and saved myself £25!
The quality of the food might warrant a 3.5 star rating, but the high cost brings it down to a 2.5 star review. Paying £28 for a simple Chinese takeaway for two felt overpriced, as we are used to spending around £15-18 for a similar meal.
Absolutely the worst chinese takeaway Ive ever had. I ordered Lemon chicken with fried rice the chicken was so soggy and slimy it was inedible. It must have been sitting in that lemon sauce for days then chucked in a microwave to heat up.
curry sauce was beautiful. the chicken in it, not properly cooked! chicken breast, not properly cooked!? serious fundamental errors. not to mention the health risk. I'm not back.

really delicious food. chicken balls with curry sauce...bang on..friendly staff. more reasonable price in tourist places especially today everything is so expensive.
great food for the price, huh chow mien was great and the curry sauce is incredible. will definitely be back.
