I come to this location for acai bowls at least 3 times a week. I will have to go to the Lindenhurst or bethpage location from now on because EVERY TIME I come in here the staff completely ignores my existence. At first I thought it was due to being busy allowed them an extensive amount of time to acknowledge me but after going twice this week with it primarily empty and the staff constantly servicing the person behind me I’ve decided I can use my dollars elsewhere. This has happened on multiple occasions with different staff. I understand the demographic of the community in which you are located, however, my money is just as green, even if my skin is black. This used to be my favorite spot for acai bowls, but after today, I really don't want to go back. I usually order half green and half acai with no granola, but today they refused my request and charged me extra for acai while I still wanted the same amount in the cup. I ended up getting just green, which isn't what I wanted, but I thought it wouldn't be a big deal. However, when I received it, it was practically inedible—just ice in a cup. Even after leaving it in my car heater for 30 minutes, there were still chunks of ice. It really put a damper on my day. If you're looking for an acai bowl, I would recommend trying another location.

Much like the review from Djkitty 2 months ago, I experienced a bowl that was practically all ice yesterday. We got the spirulina bowl. I tried to excuse the ice as it was the end of the night and my boyfriend and I had ordered right before closing. However, I am sad to see I am not the only customer to experience this. I would definitely like to see this solbol improve their acai bowl texture as an icey acai bowl is painful on the teeth and loses its flavor. Otherwise the peanut butter and granola toppings were great.

Best Açaí bowl I’ve ever had! The açaí granola tasted great, the fruit was sweet and very fresh. I was impressed with the variety of selections offered. We tried a waffle with cookie butter and it was excellent. Great selection of healthy and caffeinated drinks juices. The nitro coffee was good choice. The staff was very friendly, helpful and fast. Absolutely love SoBol. Best Acai bowls I've ever had and everything is always very fresh and delicious. They give good portions of everything and it is on average price of other Acai bowl places. My favorite place to get a healthy quick meal, especially in the summer.

The bowls are being prepared with significantly less granola than they used to be a few months ago. Each time I order, they are not made consistently. It seems like the restaurant is cutting corners to save money. I might have to find a new place. Food: 2/5

Shannon is an incredible representative for SoBol. She is knowledgeable about the products and provides excellent customer service. I’m glad I visited SoBol in Massapequa Park this morning, and she assisted me in choosing a tasty breakfast!

I had the mango pineapple classic bowl, and it was delicious! It came with fresh strawberries, pineapple, mango, coconut, blueberries, granola, and honey. I will definitely be returning to try all the different bowls they offer! Reserva una mesa ahora

I visit this place every week with my grandson. The staff is very friendly, and the smoothies are absolutely delicious! As for parking, there's a large parking lot in the back.
