They have some big issues with billing. I have been here for more than a dozen shows with at least one friend. It's a great time and the service has always been quick. I always get my drinks in time. I don't mind the close seating. Its kind of expected and no different than a large venue of straight row seating. The reason I took 2 stars is due to how they write your bill. They will not separate the check. Everyone in the group gets lumped together with the taxes and then don't forget the 20% gratuity if you spend over $50.
