I was graciously invited by Trudy to sample the new Frissant Ice Cream Sandwich at Soft Peaks Ice Cream in Burnaby. The shop’s interior is spacious and filled with plenty of natural light. This Burnaby location is at least twice the size of their Gastown spot. What we had to drink: Iced Caffè Mocha ($4.50).
