My friend and I wanted to go out the weekend of Valentine 's Day not to celebrate the occasion but just to go out and eat. I totally understand anywhere would be busy and I 'm ok with the wait. I went up to the hostess and just asked how long the wait would be expecting it to be an hour or so and the response I got was an abrupt 'I 'm not going to be seating anyone else because the kitchen is very backed up and there are still parties waiting! '. Ok, miss. That 's fine. I get it, you 're swamped and flustered. But pick a more calm and collected spiel and stick to it for the rest of the night. I 'm giving 5 stars because I know the food is good and I will return because the service is great....
This is the third or fourth time to visit Sol Inka and here a few weeks ago, because a family member will visit the fresh bread rolls and green sauce delivered to the table when you sit. At the end of our meal the green sauce bottle was empty. I ordered one of the most popular plates Lomo Saltado. The meat was cooked well, but the pommes were ready. Don't get me wrong I've deleted almost everything from the dish, so it was delicious, but the next time I'll ask for it under boiled. Every time we were here, the service was amazing, very attentive and accommodating.
I love the fried Calamari. I always call to order and pick up. It comes with onion salsa and hot green sauce. But I didn't get the green sauce. When I asked, they said it was against Togo order. I told them I always have it with my order. They said they usually don't give it, but would give me this time. So next time, when they charge me for a small cup of green sauce, I'll stop paying tips. I always pay tips for togo ordering and it is more than the cost of green sauce that they charge. I guess I'm saving money.
I had a delightful lunch at this restaurant. The warm bread with butter and green aji sauce helped pass the time while we waited for our meal. The chupe de camarones was packed with shrimp and absolutely delicious. The chicha morada tasted very authentic. Overall, it was a great experience. There is plenty of seating available for large groups; I even saw a baby shower during my recent visit. This is one of the best Peruvian restaurants in Orange County, and it remains excellent in 2021.

Came here for a birthday celebration. We had a group of 17 people. Our server was a bit slow but it still got delivered without attitude. Food portion was big. Most of the food were cooked fried. Majority of the dishes we ordered was good and flavorful. Restaurant seating was not cramped tight. Enough space for us to move around. Overall, it's a great experience.
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The musician showcased a variety of instruments and entertained everyone beautifully. The food was both delicious and satisfying. It has become one of my favorite places to dine. The staff was attentive and catered to our needs exceptionally well. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
This was my first visit to the Peruvian restaurant, but it certainly won't be my last. The waitress was outstanding and her recommendations were spot on. We really appreciated the service and the food was fantastic.
Great atmosphere, live music service was excellent, Tallarín Salzado de Carne very good.
