Sole Restaurant and Wine Bar

My husband and I have never been to Sole in Waterloo, and decided to venture uptown for our anniversary. We had reservations, and were seated immediately. It was surprising to see how busy it was on a Sunday evening, with multiple large groups. Apparently we're used to waiting longer than we should... over comes Heidi, who introduces herself and confirms that in fact, we have not yet been brought water or had drink orders taken. In no time at all, she spoke to the manager, brought us complimentary drinks, and insisted on serving us this evening (despite having a large group under her care . She was amazing!... Food suggestions, wine pairings and overall attentiveness made for a wonderful ann...

Lunch meeting went very smoothly with this establishment, and their food was incredible.The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet, and the service is well paced. They made sure to do time checks and keep things on track for their guests.The food quality is impeccable, and the prices are very reasonable. The menu has a diverse range of offerings; the chef does an excellent job of keeping his dishes unique from the mainstream while mainting a familiar comfort feel. This was a dining treat.Looking forward to my next visit.

We came here for our anniversary and had an amazing time. The food was delicious and service was exceptional. I loved that we got a complimentary dessert for our anniversary, we didn’t ask nor expected anything. We were so surprised they did that for us, it was such a nice gesture. We both really appreciate it!! I would definitely come back to try the other items on their menu.

We recently had a delightful experience here. Plump tasty mussels, best Caesar salad, generous portion of fresh salmon, and pasta with lobster. Wish we'd had room for dessert! Hostess was friendly and welcoming, and server Teo was perfectly attentive without hovering. Patio with waterfall and umbrellas was a great place to enjoy a summer evening. Will definitely go back! My husband and I were here on the weekend and LOVED it! Our waitress (Heidi) was AMAZING!! I have never had a waitress like her before! So pleasant, always checking on us and gave us her recommendations. The food was so delicious and the ambience on the patio was so nice! Cute vibe! We raved about this place the next day to our friends. We will definitely be back!

Great experience. The beef medallions were excellent, pizza so tasty. Service super friendly. When they found out that the two young people at the table were moving to Waterloo and starting university, they brought them a complementary dessert and a good luck in chocolate....made us feel welcome.

This is now our favourite place to go for our girls nights because the drinks are fantastic, the service is amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming. The food has always been delicious so you can't go wrong choosing this establishment as your go to place for a great night out.

Sole is one of my very favourite places to dine. The food is consistently five-star. The service and atmosphere are right there with it.I had the Cobb salad this time. Awesome! All the ingredients were so fresh. I added garlic shrimp for additional decadence. Reserva una mesa ahora
