So, we reserved a space but when we got there we had no idea where to go or what to do. This place is inside of a restaurant and in the pool area so it was confusing. We asked the staff at the bar what to do or where to sit and they said anywhere. I was confused because why would we need reservations? Also, I requested a specific area to sit where we can see the beach, which was my reason for making the reservation. It was Valentine’s Day and also my boyfriends birthday. we had a little surprise happy hour here for my man and some friends. the position was perfect against the ozean. the service was excellent. there was a lot of logistics to the surprise and our server (I think their name was marina) and the team went beyond and beyond to make sure everything went without a hitch forward. I could not be happy anymore, as it turned out and I am so grateful that the employees were as helpful and accommodating as they were. the drinks are on the pricier side, but I would say that is expected for a hotel bar.
I checked the Concha website and dining options. There was no mention of Solera being only for hotel guests. I called them too, but no one picked up. So i made a reservation at Solera on open table for Christmas eve dinner at 8 pm. I get a call from someone after 5 pm saying they couldn't honor my reservation because I wasn't a hotel guest. And they claimed zero responsibility for the error on their website and on open table. This 1 star review is specifically for that
Honestly they should state that after a certain time people who aren’t hotel guests can’t sit outside at Solera. We had to be instructed inside only and we couldn’t even take pictures. He was being sooo pressed about his job he didn’t give any leeway, they are strict. Place is very nice and next time I’ll be sure to be a guest bc the way they treat non guest is ****.

Nice atmosphere. Probably more the reason you would go. Made a reservation but it means nothing. No one to check in with upon arrival and was told you can sit anywhere when table is available. So don't understand that. Salmon was good
pr restaurant 2022 was considered a special occasion for me. great ambiente and the unique dishes served by creative chefs. I'm glad I could experience this trip from charlotte, nc.
The address in open table is wrong. Go to the Solera hotel which is a different address than what is provided
