All three come with vegan Mexican rice and vegan refriend beans. Vegans can also order the tableside guacamole with no customizations, and they put chips and salsa on the table when you walk in. I've tried all three vegan options and they're all great but my favorite is the fajitas. The portion is gigantic and the vegetables come out sizzling on a skillet. The atmosphere is also lovely and every server I've encountered was knowledgeable about the vegan menu and options.

We were supervised by the most pleasant young lady named Mariah. We received 5 star service from the moment we left. The food was delicious, carefully prepared, excellently presented and cheap. If you're in this area, I recommend you here. You won't regret it.
at mohegan sonne, beside veggie burger sol toro is really her best choice and trust me that they will not be disappointed! it was so good. they had no vegan menu as stated before, but the staff was amazingly helpful so the order was not a problem.
SolToro (Sun Bull) is definitely worth your time. We had chicken taquitos, enchiladas, (entres) chicken quesadila, and Prime Steak fajita and everything was great. We can't wait to revise. It is located in the back casino of the sky.
Great hot wings. Pretty decent meal. My only complaint is that they didn't put enough onions and tomatoes in the guac, but the chips were delicious. Definitely worth a visit! I plan on going back.

I always order the Vegan Fajitas at this restaurant, but unfortunately, they often come with beans and rice topped with cojito cheese.
Make sure to ask for the vegan menu. Although they didn't have a printed menu, the host had a handwritten one ready to go.
