I expect the kind of service I have gotten the last 2 times from southside McDonald's at 2 am. The first visit ordered a medium popcorn chicken that maybe had 3 pieces in the entire box that weren't fried wads of flour, missing items , no bursting bubbles in drinkThis most recent time the person taking the order was playing over the intercom and making me repeat every item I said 3 4 times before saying they got it and when they'd review the order, they'd then read it back incorrectly again and keep having repeat and get an attitude when I'd raise my voice (not disrespectfully) to where they could understandThe carhop also pocketed part of my change

we have traveled from florida to home and have stopped drinking and stretching our legs. we have been rejected 5 times on speaker because of lack of assistance. there were people fed to tables. but we were rejected so that I would like to talk to the manager, I said we wanted a few drinks and we were on the way. a few minutes later a weave came with our drinks into our car window. she apologised for denying us and once again explained her personal situation. get us our drinks for free and we left.

I tried to place an order 3 different times. Twice at one stall and once at the other before I called and asked if there was a reason I couldn’t get anyone to help me. They claimed they are busy yet a lady pulled up 5 mins after my call to order and they answered and served her immediately. When I actually called, the guy still acted like he didn’t want to deal with me. Not sure what y’all had against me today but it was rude and unacceptable

First of all get all the excuses out of the way about supply chain and everything else. That doesn't affect how long it takes somebody to bring a simple drink to your car after it says it's on its way 10 minutes beforehand. this was a great location for us to visit on our way back from florida. it wasn't too full, and they were quick to react when I pressed the button. the place seemed clean. eating was hot and the prices are reasonable as usual. food: 5/5

Ordered on app (for the first time), when I arrived they gave me someone else's order. I let them know and they came and got the food and said mine would be out soon. When I got my food it was cold and didn't taste good.

My daughter decided to spend her money and got some fries and a sour kids slush.. guy comes she pays and he walks off with her change and never comes back. Please teach your employees about asking before taking

The app is extremely convenient, allowing us to place orders in advance and check in upon arrival. The meals are always fresh, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, I would rate the food as 4 out of 5. Reserva una mesa ahora

I sent my sister to get my honey BBQ boneless and when she got home it was nothing but fried crums. I tried to call 2x no answer all I wanted was for them to be replaces tomorrow and no answer ?

I've always loved Sonic. No matter where I go, I can always count on the same quality of food and service. I also really appreciate the app!
