I'm very surprised how often this happened to this place. my grandmother sends me to this place to get 2 big coks with extra ice. almost every time I go there, I see how they serve the people behind me and let me wait for a few limettes for over 10 minutes. I'd understand if people who ordered before me were gonna get their food from my limes, but not people behind me.
I go here almost daily. The staff has always been super nice and professional. The food has always been fresh and delicious. I have never had a bad experience here. This is the place I go when I want something hot, fresh, quick, and yummy.
I ordered ahead using the app and had a quick experience at the restaurant. The food was tasty, but the only issue was that the tomato was not taken off my burger as requested. However, overall it was a satisfying experience.

Ordered 3 drinks for a long drive and these bozos never brought them out. People behind us got their food. We waited 10+ min at the front of line for 3 drinks?? Pretty lame. We just left.
twice in my last 2 have waited for 30 minutes to eat. an almost food restaurant.
By far my favorite Sonic location. Super quick and always gets the order right!
