I was door dashing at night and pulled up at the drive through order point. I told them I was door dash and gave name of customer. They said to pull up at window.There were 3 cars in front of me, each took over 5 minutes. I expected that since mine was pre-ordered and paid for, it would be ready by the time I got to window (15 mins later).It wasn't, but they then told me to pull forward and they would bring it out.10 mins later it still wasn't out, so I went to door to ask how long. This experience was absolutely terrible. I have lived in this area my whole life, and this Sonic used to be great in the past. The service is incredibly slow. We had to press the button to ask where our order was. The orders are often wrong and the food is poorly prepared. Like others have already mentioned, there is hardly any ice in their drinks, even if you pay for extra ice. The cups are filled with ice cream. Sandwiches are lacking in sauce and condiments, and the hot dogs were overcooked. I have made several complaints to their corporate number, but the service has not improved. They have lost me as a customer, and I will definitely warn my friends and family to avoid this place at all...
This place is absolutely terrible! I spent about $20 on two cherry sodas, two chili cheese fries, and a large soda. I can't believe they served my children the chili cheese fries, it was a waste of money! I have never tasted fries this hard before, they were so insanely tough that I actually hurt my tooth trying to bite into them. The staff at this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for serving such low quality food. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting!
The food at this restaurant is decent, but the service is lacking. It's frustrating when they make you wait an extra 5 or 10 minutes in line, and it's even worse when they get your order wrong. I never thought I would have to check my bags before leaving. Also, I'm confused as to how they can add two separate orders together. My bill should have been $20, but they charged me $8.75 in tax. I won't be coming back here again.

more than half of the running gear thru menus were out or broke without signs or cone to notify them. So I parked and went to the middle part and all, but one of these menus were also turned off or broken. then I ordered the boneless wings and I got popcorn huhn with a splash sauce and they were over boiled and just thrown away. this place will definitely stop me from going for one because to each sonik.
The incompetence at this particular sonic is astounding. Myself and my roommates are constantly getting the wrong blasts with little to no toppings on them. Even when the restaurant is mostly empty, the blasts are made incorrect and sloppy with ice cream smeared all over the cups. What is wrong with this place?
This is the longest I have ever waited in a Drive-Thru on my lunch break to get 3 cheese wraps and one iced coffee. This location always gets my order wrong and the children working here are absolutely inconsiderate. The Fairmont location is better than this one and that is saying a lot.

Sonic claims to work with doordash and other delivery services; this is a lie. I had a driver waiting 30 minutes before close, and it was canceled. This is the third time with this place.I'm done.
the ABSOLUTE WORST. Drive thru is always slow! Waited 30 minutes in a line that was hardly moving. Would recommend going to a different location instead, don’t bother here.
