I have been traveling around the country for 6 months now, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. It took forever to get my food, as I watched the young staff chatting with their friends who arrived in another car. I was in a hurry so I just took my food when it was finally brought out, but the fries were cold and my double cheeseburger was freezing cold. It was so repulsive that I ended up throwing both out the window. I have been to several other Sonic locations and they have been consistently good. It's my fault for not checking my food before leaving, but this particular location was a complete joke.
the worst experience of my life they had no idea what it is doing. They weren't even busy and couldn't get my order right. they ripped me off and the food I got was not right and they just wanted to talk to me about it being stuck together and cold. do not go here if you want a good service and eating that they have ordered. I've written this before, but somehow it's gone, and management never got a moment from me to find out what happened or does it right if that tells them everything that should be enough.
I only give this place 5 stars so that this post is seen!!!! This is the worst place in mt pleasant to eat. My God, I sat here for over 30 minutes and in two different spots before I finally sat in the long line for the drive thru. And no one noticed that my car moved place to place or me and looking at my face, how I made eye contact with the carhop!!!! I will never age my money here!!!
Even though the food at Sonic is typical fast food, the young man who brought my order was amazing. His positive, cheerful demeanor put a smile on my face, and made my day a little brighter. I wish I had gotten his name, so everyone could know who this young man

this company needs to learn that it's called fast food for a reason sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged that I was there they need to train the employees a lot better than what I have seen or the restaurant is going
The Burger was good just always but onion rings I nearly choked twice it was slimy skin hid by batter and lodged in throat and wouldn't go down finally got it back up after throwing upallinside truck and on
Ordering through the app and receiving a coupon was a great experience. When driving up to the restaurant, the food was delicious.
They staff was more concerned about themselves than the customer.. waited 40 minutes for 3 shakes! Awful service!!
