Horrible. If I could rate it negative stars I would. Sadly 1 star is the lowest Google will let me. Sat in the drive thru for about 45 minutes. Line wrapped around the building. 11pm hits and the line starts moving. Hear the worker tell the cars in front of me that they are now closed and service was refused. I get to the speaker and told the same thing. The girl at the speaker was unprofessional, rude, and clearly shouldn’t be working with the public let alone representing your brand. Being told, and I quote “I’m not allowed to serve anyone after 11pm” and after telling her I’ve been in line for the past 45 minutes responded with “I was in the back and just came up front. I don’t know what they were doing “. Seriously?!? This is how you run a business? Horrible service, beyond horrible staff. Can’t rate the food but if the staff is any indication it’s probably just as good. As a business owner who’s employees frequent this location and one we order food from for our office I will ensure your placed on the no-go list going forward and never see another penny from me or my company.

Went to Sonic tonight for a late night milkshake. Got there at 10:20 and got in line at the drive thru. There were a couple cars in front of me and the waitress was long but a couple cars moved up. When there were only 2 cars in front of me, it took 20 minutes for the person 's order to be taken. When the next car pulled up, it was 11pm and the person was told they were closed. I pulled up and was told the same. I explained to the girl at the drive thru that I had been in line for 40 minutes. She said she wasn 't sure what was going on and that she just came up front and she is not allowed to serve anyone after 11. It was exactly 11:00. After this experience and reading other reviews about how slow this location is, I would definitely think twice about returning. Clearly customer satisfaction is not high on their list of priorities.

Never got a chance to order. The manager came out and told me he was understaffed and the one person he had working was not working at all. I appreciated this and left, he could have let us stay there in line forever!! Thanks Manager your the best! I have been there so I understand. Sonic started looking at those apps! I know you got some. Somebody wants to work!!

Been trying to order an egg and bacon burrito for the last week. Apparently, this restaurant is out of eggs . . . For the last week. Definitely going to the Sonic on Groesbeck.
