I love the concept of sonic but our food took so long. Two corndogs, three slushes 1 large fry and med tots took at least 15 mins. Possibly more but I stopped counting. Also the menu prices and the price charged weren't the same. Each item was 10 cents more than the menu price listed. Also the size of what was ordered was so disappointing. I got a large fry for my kids to share sinxe it was arounf $2 for a small and $3.60 for a large. The size of it just seemed so small and not even filling the container made me wonder how small a small is. I paid near $5 for chili cheese tots and I think it had like 10 or less tots. It all tasted good and the young man that brought out the food was friendly...
Sonic has a consistent flavor across its menu, but my experiences have been disappointing. I've visited multiple times and always requested shredded cheese instead of the regular sandwich cheese, yet I constantly receive the wrong type of cheese. During my last visit, the lady taking my order seemed to hear everything we said, but still got it wrong. We asked for light mayo and light ketchup, and yet the sandwich came with extra of both. Additionally, I ordered bacon on my burger and it was missing entirely. The cheese issue particularly frustrates me because when I placed an order through my phone, I successfully got the shredded cheese, which leads me to believe the mistakes in the past we...
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. We've been to this Sonic twice, and both times we were unable to get any food because the service was nonexistent. The first time we visited was about a year ago during regular business hours. The lights were on, but it seemed like no one was home— we waited in the drive-thru without getting any response. The second time, we could see that they were definitely open because there were cars in line, but those cars had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes (they arrived before we did). After waiting for 25 minutes without even a single employee acknowledging us, we finally gave up and decided we would never come back. Lesson learne...
It took 20 minutes for just two orders to be served (at least there was another car ahead of us). The customer service was almost non-existent. When my drink finally arrived, it was the wrong one, and the server rudely remarked that it was good she didn't make it. Initially, no one acknowledged the mistake; we simply informed them that our order was incorrect and asked if they could help rectify the issue. Edit 6/7/22; lose 3 star, did Not enjoy my burger as it was poorly made with low quality ingredients that tasted bad. I probably shouldn't have eaten it but it should be known I did Not get sick from it, although I believed I may have at the time I was done. The service was also slow for having only 2 other customers in the drive thru and 1 drive in. The only redeeming quality that keeps this from being a 1 star was the ice.
My buddy and I just stopped thru for lunch. I got the dbl bacon cheeseburger combo. Burger was great and fresh tasting and the bacon was nice and crispy! Chocolate shake is awesome, reminds me of Roy Rogers lol. I got a large and it was frickin HUGE. Cheese fries were good but they used sliced cheese vs whiz, minor complaint. Overall solid 4 star artery clogging quick grub.
This was a quick service location with decent quality food. The order did come out wrong, instead of the foot long got two separate hot dogs, both with chili when we asked for plain. The popcorn chicken and tater tots were on point though! Staff was friendly and quick the respond and make the food. A little confusing to get to off the main road and inside the parking lot.
