gave 2 because i understand this place is pretty much running off of teenagers. the carhops are truly doing what they can at their ability, with what VERY LITTLE training they receive. my burger was cold and i didn't get bacon or extra onion which i asked for. we had to send another burger back because it was also incorrect. our carhop didn't take our order; she was very polite. the grown man who took our order was rude and asked if we wanted a quarter pounder when we asked for a GRILLED CHEESE. don't go here with high expectations because they simply will not be reached. the problems rely in the higher ups. you'd think as grown ups they'd do a little better than the kids.

The Sonic app showed this location temporarily closed, but that was an error. They were open. We could not order half price drinks from the app, because it showed them closed. It was 12 minutes until happy hour, but we went ahead and put in our order, deciding to wait. With 2 minutes until 2:00, they would still not honor half price happy hour drinks. So no app, two minutes longer to wait, we gave up, canceled the order and left. We will not visit that Sonic again. Certainly NOT customer friendly! ???

AVOID! Not once, but three times, in three separate stalls, and on three different visits even, my button push was ignored. Staff said that some stalls/buttons were broken and they weren't the GM (with an attitude of get out of my face. The drive thru speaker has been broken for what feels like ever. Poor management, terrible customer service, some great employees but more rude-as-all-getout employees.

Had to send back my food because they kept getting it wrong amd even over the speaker they cant hear anything even though im practically yelling i had 2 burgers one was super hot and the other was cold and the tots were soggy the only thing that was decent was the cheese sticks amd the carhop looked like she hated working there but was very polite Reserva una mesa ahora

Must be the most poorly managed Sonic in the franchise, although I am sure there is competition. The fact that they do not fix the outdoor speaker system has no doubt cost them many dollars. They are always understaffed, which is a universal problem, so I cannot fault the staff. Sonic Corporate should have a look at this property.

Poor service, rude staff, broken equipment (fix the drive thru system and ALL the broken stalls/buttons), inadequate management. While I like Sonic menu items (ok, mostly the ice) it isn 't worth the hassle anymore. If I want to be ignored I 'll stay home and talk to my kids

This restaurant has been closed for weeks. Is it a temporary or permanent closure? As far as I can see, there are no signs at the establishment indicating anything about it being closed.

The kiosk seldom works. Very seldom gets my order correct. The drive they has not worked in over a year.And to make it terrible it is corporate owned.Terrible Sonic. Reserva una mesa ahora

During open hrs, just now, no one was available to take orders. They wouldn't even come to the window. Don't waste ur time. No one works here.
