I waited longer for my food this time than I have in the past, even though the screen indicated that it was ready and on its way. But that's not a huge issue. The real concern is that the burgers are noticeably smaller now. Yes, Sonic, we customers have definitely noticed. My wife remarked that her burger was about the size of a kid's meal burger, which is unusual for her since she typically doesn't complain about portion sizes. When she handed me my Supersonic cheeseburger, she mentioned that mine didn't look much bigger than hers. It was strikingly smaller—I've never really finished a burger before, but I polished it off this time and still felt like I could go for dessert after the burger...

This Sonic has gone downhill hard. I moved here three years ago and this place was good. I ate shakes here and sometimes lunch or dinner. However, since about Summer of last year the quality has greatly declined. For example, today I bought mozz sticks and chicken tenders. Overall it cost me over $11, which is insane. They brought the food out to me in under 5 minutes which is nice except the food wasn't. My tenders are barely bigger than the sauce pack (one of which was cut into and unusable). These cost me nearly $5.50 and my mozz sticks are all cold and old (costing nearly the same as the tenders). I will not be eating here anymore. I don't think that anyone who has any power there actual...

I ordered lunch for four people, but when we got home after about a 15-minute drive, we realized one of the hamburgers was missing. It was so frustrating! We had to wait for the service and the food, paid good money, and ended up short-changed on our order. I recommend checking your order before leaving, no matter how busy the drive-thru might be! What are you supposed to do when you arrive home with only three sandwiches for four people? One of us ended up having a ham sandwich instead. Honestly, we would have saved time, money, and gas if we had just made ham sandwiches at home in the first place.

update: yesterday we stopped at lunch and again eating was hot and fresh and the service was fast and efficient. my only complicity was that they were out of tweebel rings, but I know that it was difficult for many places to get all the products they should be from their dealers. keep them the great work. beautiful sonic returns! happy hour 1.2 price drinks. the last several times I went there, have dramatically improved the food and service. tried the double filled oreo waffel one and it was fabulous. Made me late for my appointment, sitting in drive-thru 15-20 minutes for (4) cheese sticks with no one in front of me. Bizarre part: Paid with $20 cash I had to wait longer after I got my order. The food hop had to go inside to get my change after delivering food to other cars.

This situation has been quite unfortunate for a while now. Tonight, there were only two gentlemen working, and they were seriously short-staffed, but our family of four was treated perfectly with no issues at all. A big thank you to those guys for their excellent service!

I ordered corn dogs. ? When we tried to eat them the center was cold. They made them again. Still cold. Manager came out and apologized. Upgraded my order. Staff was very friendly. Fryer was still coming up to temperature. I have no complaints. Things happen.

I usually request light ice, and almost every time at this place, my drink seems to be about 70% full. They encourage me to ask for less ice or something, but honestly, at least they serve me more than just 4 ounces. The staff is always friendly, too. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food was good but skimped on ingredients. The usual texas toast was just 2 slices of white bread. This is probably due to the economy and inflation. Other than that, they were fast and polite. Food was prepared well.
