I have just had the worst customer service experience of my life dealing with Sonic. I went to the location on Kingston Pike in Knoxville Tennessee pulled up the app and tried to place an order. The app would not work so I tried to ask the people inside for assistance and they said it's a third party company and they don't care and offered absolutely no help whatsoever. Called Sonic's customer service line and the agent was extremely rude and wouldn't even listen to me just kept talking over me and telling me what an idiot I was. I probably will never ever eat at Sonic again after this experience. I will also be encouraging everyone I know not to eat at Sonic.
