We are giving up on Sonic. Multiple different sonics throughout the years and every time, order and/or food is not right! The garlic butter burger I wanted to try looked as if they had put a big spoonful on it. It was the nastiest concoction I have ever seen and/or tasted. They constantly mess up on orders. For example, a happy meal with only ketchup. How can you get that wrong??!! Fries have been cold, soggy, and even undercooked once. I'll stick to the slushes or milkshakes from here because the food, never again!! Now, the service at this one was outstanding!
I tried to order just a hamburger and pretzel twist but the female taking my order was without a doubt the rudest person I have ever encountered at ANY fast food. It was 3:20 on a Saturday. The place was not that busy for her to have such a terrible attitude. She kept cutting me off mid sentence and would not let me speak, then got loud and very snappy with me. Jada may want to find a new job. Preferably out of the customer service industry.
Ordered a Reese 's blast at the drive through. The person taking my order didn 't acknowledge me. After a small pause, I said that 's it . He responded with a sarcastic yeah thanks for telling me that 's it. Pull around . Then we get down the road and there was nothing in the blast. Completely plain. Went back and got a new one that still had almost nothing in it. Two stars instead of one because the manager was nice
After the employee gave us the wrong drink order and walked off, my child was happy about the blue slushy. The employee came back 2 minutes later and took the drink back and didn’t give us an option to pay the up charge for the drink. She straight told us she was going to throw it away so why not just let the child have the drink?

Every time I go to any sonic they always mess something up or take more then 10 minutes to get the food out. I've been to this location 4 times in the past 2 weeks and every time I've had to have them correct something. Side note the wraps are mids but worth it for the price.
People are nice, but the service is super super slow. Been here multiple times for just 1 medium slushy. Took over 10 minutes each time of waiting in drive thru. (No more than 1 car in front of me each time)
Wouldn't recommend this location. Lady in the car hop was completely rude for absolutely no reason when taking my family members order. We left. Go pay $10 for a burger at McDonald's.

The new pulled pork sandwich is a rip-off!very little pork, mostly bun!!don't waste your money ?!!!!!
