I'm not sure what happened during my visit. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up, but sat in line for 30 minutes without any cars making it through the drive-thru. The doors were locked at 7:30 PM even though the restaurant was still open. The drive-thru lines were blocked off and it was complete chaos. I left without receiving my food and assume there was some sort of emergency. I would visit again, but had a bad experience the first time.
