I used to live in Koreatown in Los Angeles, and how I miss walking to multiple soondubu restaurants! This place hits the spot, it 's the closest thing I 've had on the Peninsula to LA 's Koreatown. Each banchan was seasoned well. I got the kimchi jigae, itdoesn 't have meat in it, which was what I needed today. I got it at spicy level spice, next time I 'm going for very spicy just so I can get the spice level I got used to in Koreatown. Overall a nutritionally well balanced meal and just oh sodelicious, especially on a rainy day like this. I 'll be back! They gave me an option of either water or tea. Cracked me up when I see the comment on galbi but its worth it. Theres at least 10 pieces inside and its way more than what I go from other store nearby. Kinda disappointed in the corn cheese since I expected it to be mozzarella and sweet but its cheddar and its not even salty. Its just plain corn and melted cheddar. Very different from what I got in other store in SF and it tasted bland.
The soup itself was bland. Delivery Portion smaller than nearby competitors that also serve tofu soup. The plus side is the side "banchan" arent charged extra, four banchan comes with the food. downside is, the banchan beansprouts I got were gone sour, the fishcake banchan is soggy, at least a several days old. Cucumber kimchi not bad, normal kimchi not bad.
Spot on with the Galbi and Tofu soup. Galbi was tender and not too sweet. They also have this fermented tofu as a side that I never had before. It was delish. It also looks like they?ll be serving poke in the future. 4 stars for consistency. Service wasgreat and food came out fairly quickly. Worth going back to for future quick meals.

My go to is the dolsot bibimbap with purple rice...delicious and healthy with all the veggies! I could eat this every day! Love their banchan also...my favorite kimchi of the various Korean places Ive tried. One of the only places on DoorDash that offers kimbap. Happy, repeat customer.
