Sophia's Off The Square

Went last night. Food was amazing. Sorry forgot to take pics of food from shear shock of when it arrived. My steak covered little over half my plate. My bowls for my sides were hanging on for dear life. The Mac and cheese is creamy and cheesy . Pinto beans and corn muffin mixed together reminded me of my mama's. The steak was HUGE . And so juicy &tender ya don't even need teeth to eat it. (Still saving for dentures) the fudge pie was well hard to describe with words. But my eyes rolled back so many times my husband asked if i needed some alone time. lol The decor and all around feel of the place was comfy but still felt like we were out someplace special. Not sure how they pulled that balance off but they did. Was extremely enjoyable anniversary dinner. They still had decor for Halloween up. We LOVED it.So fun. Planning to go back for my birthday . And any other occasion I can think of. A Thursday should be celebrated....right? lol

Great food and friendly people. Cheese wedges were were among the best that my wife and I have ever had. My wife had the Philly Cheesesteak and I had the bacon Marmalade burger for our main meal and we both were very satisfied. Cheesecake desert was also very good.
