Sorelle and Co. - Reserva de mesa

I am a regular client of of Pusateri's, in particular the Saks Food Hall location (given the proximity to my office). I have been a client of Sorelle several occasions, but, I really must learn my lesson, despite the product being of good quality..the service and professionalism of Sorelle is not of matching quality.Please, someone out there..I have no issue with the prices but given the lack of service and professionalism..not a returning client after several opportunities seeking improvement overall. Saks Food Hall is great but Saks please replace Sorelle with a business more professional and worthy of the prices charged.

A pretty environment, yummy treats and completely disorganized from a customer service perspective. They should spend as much time training staff as they do designing the interior and offerings. Staff walked past without acknowledging us, we ordered coffee and treats to-go since they were full and no tables were available. Then our hot drinks sat at the coffee bar in cups and saucers until after 10 mins I finally asked for our drinks. The barista had no idea what she was doing. The staff seem completely dis-engaged from everything. It was actually quite bizarre. They need a customer service overhaul.

OMG... this place is amazing!! It's like a heaven for anyone with dietary restrictions or who is vegan. I went with a group of friends for their Vegan High Tea and we booked the private room. It was set up perfectly for us and the staff made sure to explain everything, check on us, and refill any spreads we wanted. The tea selection was great, the desserts were incredible, and the food was delicious! One person in our group was allergic to gluten and she was amazed at how good everything was. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I'm already planning my next visit!

My girl friends and I came here for my birthday for high tea. Everything was amazing from the beginning until the end. The decor is super cute, the servers were extremely caring and friendly. I love that everything is vegan and gluten free, and still at a great price. I noticed that a lot of other customers that came in after had trouble finding seating, but if you book high tea then your space is already reserved. I recently visited this charming coffee house/bakery. The decor is lovely and they have put effort into creating a space reminiscent of a nice British high tea establishment. The variety of sweets available was not as extensive as I had anticipated, and the coffee was slightly lukewarm. However, the sweets we chose were delicious and fresh. The prices are a bit higher than those at the average coffee house in the area.

Not sure I picked the wrong item to sample on my first visit, but I thought the eclair was chewy and I didn't quite enjoy the taste. the cappuccino though was excellent. It was also a busy weekend afternoon and we were seated by the cashier. It was a clean, classy setting so the buzz and people bumping into my table on their way out certainly took away from our first experience.

Always a delight to come here, such a beautiful and cozy atmosphere, food is delicious, and service fantastic. Whether for a nice coffee or tea break, light lunch or breakfast, or private events (I've booked one in the past), they're amazing. They also do custom cakes! This time around I tried their cherry cheesecake and it was so good!!!

Went here for an early dinner and we were pleasantly surprised as to how good the food was. All menu items are vegan and gluten-free. It’s amazing what they can do with shepherds pie and risotto. Also the date square was fantastic! Atmosphere was very nice. Highly recommend. Reserva una mesa ahora

Both locations of Sorelle are very different. This one is far more homey and comfortable! Don't come last minute to order any desserts, as always they are pretty much done. A cute place for sure!

I am amazed by the decor of this cafe. Initially, I was confused as I couldn't find regular milk. When I asked the cashier, she inquired whether I preferred coconut or oat milk.
