First experience of souka, knowing the old restaurant the red barrel, we discovered a very beautiful establishment with a super chef open to discussion, a very friendly and competent service team, thanks to this good time, blind menus are very well worked and the think-tank game knew what we eat with a debriefing with the waitress after is a great concept. Think about booking, it’s true that the concept of bank imprint can be deterrent, but I think it’s mainly able to anticipate dishes with good fresh local products. superb experience! having come in the evening, the menu should not be chosen separately for the number of dishes. perfect to discover different agreements and new non-common dishes. Despite ingredients that were not particularly to my taste, I ate everything and enjoyed myself. the welcome is warm and the very smiling server. the visit of the chef at the end of the meal is always happy and we were able to exchange a few minutes with him on the dishes as well as the restaurant. I recommend that this restaurant come out of the ordinary and discover new things!

It's an address we'll recommend to our friends. restaurant on two levels, two small rooms, sober and very pleasant decoration, quality and attentive service. the dishes are delicious and original. we go out shaved, while feeling light, even with the 5-course menu at 50€. the cheese plate, gorgonzola today at 10€ is happy to share with two. the agreement meets and the wines are quite satisfactory. the only small apartment is the truffle supplement offered, at 12€ for a dish; this could be announced at the time of the menu explanation.

We have been here twice since our 3 month stay in Aniane. Both trips fell short of expectation. Our first trip was for dinner in April and I would give it a 6 out of 10. Very over price for the quality and expectations of a Michelin restaurant. Today for Mother's Day in the EU I would give it a 5 out of 10. I am very curious how it keeps the rating. We will not be going back. One thing I can say is the presentation is amazing it is just the quality, texture and flavor is is lacking Reserva una mesa ahora

Great surprise! We were looking for a French cuisine restaurant around the corner and we weren't disappointed. Fresh and local products worked with taste and finesse. Mixtures of subtle aromas and sublimated by excellent wines. In short, a beautiful discovery, without pretensions and has a far-reaching price for performance. I highly recommend, bravo to the leader and the team!

Trés bon restaurant, nous avons savouré des plats préparé avec passion qui se ressentait à la vue comme au goût!!! des saveurs surprenantes mais bien amenées! C 'est un cuisinier hors pair qui vous emméne ailleurs ....avec un déjeuner découverte (pas connaissance de ce que nous allions avoir), nous avons tout apprécié et le bouquet un dessert avec le topinambour revisité

Very good reception when we arrive. No map but very fine dishes, inventive cuisine we enjoyed a lot. The couple in the kitchen and patisserie are creative and treat our taste buds. The products are very fresh and in addition they have a very pro caviste. A great bravo! and we highly recommend this restaurant.
