I have finally found a good Chinese takeaway in Hurstville! I was beginning to miss the one we frequent in Kingsford. Anyway, this small shop is located a bit far from central Hurstville but still accessible. The place is small and plenty of customers waiting for their takeaway outside. A good sign that this is a go to place for Chinese take away hence the name perhaps? We ordered stir fried vegetable chow mein and deep fried pork rib with spicy salt. We waited for a bit for our order. It is understandable considering the number of customers waiting. Was pretty excited to try the food. The short drive home was worth it. We order dinner from this place through Deliveroo as our regular Chinese restaurant was closed. The food was disappointing. The fried rice was hard, brown, and flavourless, the honey chicken was bitter, soggy and had a funny taste, the crispy noodles and prawn chips where stale, the combinations chow mein- the meat was chewy and full of fat and the prawns are the tiny tin prawns, the sweet and sour pork was soggy and mostly batter. The spring rolls where nice. I contacted the restaurant and Deliveroo and nothing was done about it. I do not recommend this restaurant.
Worst chinese I've had in years. I had Spring rolls, fried rice that wasn't fried.....just rice with peas and tiny bit of egg Black pepper beef and Chicken Chow Mien.......absolutely terrible!!! Will never eat here again, and would advise the same.
this takeaway shop is next to the post office in south hurstville. the first visit feels good. fried rice is just $6.8, which is very cheap. with oyster sauce very tender. sweet and sour pork tastes very beautiful! highly recommended!

Got take away last week and the monoglian lamb was terrible it was like shredded off cuts leftover scraps. Never again
Great place cheap price and large portions, authentic Chinese food. Highly recommended!
