Soy Bistro - Reserva de mesa

We ordered the hummus-edamame chips, tacos, and spicy rice. Both the chips and tacos arrived cold, and we prefer our food served at room temperature or hot. However, the spicy rice was delicious and came in a generous portion. Overall, I'm not sure if I'll return to this restaurant.

What a delightful hidden gem! They serve the best teriyaki chicken, and if you enjoy kimchi, theirs is exceptional. It's truly delicious! We also highly recommend their edamame, Korean tacos, and bulgogi, among other dishes. It's definitely worth a visit!

Wow, this place. Don’t be fooled by the small cafe style building and funky R&B music, the food is amazing. I had a chicken teriyaki and the Korean chili queso. I can’t describe how good that stuff is. The queso alone is worth the visit. Enjoy!

The food was absolutely delicious, the portion sizes were reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices weren’t listed on the menu, which I found quite strange. Reserva una mesa ahora

The gochujang chicken with udon noodles is a personal favorite of mine. It's absolutely fantastic! The service is consistently excellent, and the owners are very pleasant; they often offer complimentary items like tacos.

This is a fantastic spot to stop for dinner while driving between Huntsville and Nashville. They offer a unique twist on Korean cuisine, and the staff are exceptional. Highly recommended!

Been here several times for lunch. Good spot for bibimbap and kimchi. Lettuce tacos were very good. Outside seating but limited parking.
