"eating here is so great. Brussel shoots never tasted so good. beer was good, the Belgian and the mad had quite strong aromen, the others seemed a bit too soft or watery for our lust. service is friendly and clean."

Edit: I appreciate the response back to my review and It gave me a chance to look over my review again and I think it is much better to round up over down. This is a brewery with food, the beer and service was great so I think 5 is more deserving than a 4 star. You actually read and respond to reviews, I think that shows care and growth as well.I've been here 2 times so far. Service has been great and the first time was definitely good enough to make me want to come back. The second time around was good but I was definitely less impressed by the food. It looks pretty good but the flavors weren't there. The fish tacos were good but the sauce could be thicker and the tortillas crumbled apart w...

We visited Spada Agriturismo Brewery on Saturday afternoon for a quick beer and some snacks. The three of us—two adults and a child—were seated right away at a lovely window table. I ordered an old beer and a bowl of chili, while my wife had clam chowder and we got mac and cheese for our young one. The beer was drinkable but nothing out of the ordinary, and the chili was quite bland. However, my wife mentioned that the mussel runner was excellent. The mac and cheese looked pretty appetizing too. The place felt a bit chilly, and our waitress seemed a bit hesitant to suggest add-ons. Overall, I’d rate it just under okay. I might consider giving it another try, perhaps with a burger next time.

The restaurant was quite empty during my visit, and I noticed that many of the staff members at the end of the bar were drinking. A bubbly blonde named Chiara was exceptionally rude to me, which ultimately drove me to leave. The bartender also failed to clean the bar after patrons departed and made me feel like a significant inconvenience during my visit. As for the food, the fish tacos were quite disappointing. I believe it would be beneficial for the establishment to hire individuals who have more maturity and experience.

We visited for the first time and absolutely loved it! The service was friendly and enjoyable, and the food was excellent—especially the fried spits (yes, those fried spits!). The portions were generous and everything was delicious. We will definitely be returning; this has become our new favorite spot in Snohomish!
