Speed's Pub - Reserva de mesa

We were a large crowd of hungry lawn bowling ladies. Everyone was pleased with their food; many of whom had the Crab Melt. My Garden Salad with tender chicken added was excellent and extremely generous in size. Most impressive was our server for her skill in keeping all our orders "in order" and ensuring our food was served expeditiously. One minor blip was that the first iced tea I ordered was delicious, the second one was watered down. I did not know about the "free refill" but I guess that is the downside of "free." She was too busy for me to fuss about it.

Went to "Speed's" for fish and chips and were not disappointed. The fish was very fresh, and the batter was crisp and tasty. We were there on a very hot day, so the restaurant was quite warm inside. Our waitress seemed over worked, but tried her best. My friend is in a power chair and was not able to access the ramp as it is very narrow. Luckily there is a paved path, but it is steep, and a little tricky to maneuver.

If you want the water view must be on the patio because the pub windows desperately need a cleaning. Waitress Queenie seemed to cover two thirds of the room but handled multiple orders without writing it down. Calamari was off this Saturday lunch so we all had burgers and all were very happy with food quality. Lots of paking in the area and a stroll after your meal will be rewarding

Busy Family Day afternoon but we found a table. Service was good and friendly the entire time! Even outside was full.My parents split the cod and fries, tartar sauce and fish were good. I had the Speeds burger and it was great-next time my parents go they will get the burger, tasty and real beef. Reserva una mesa ahora

No one to greet us. Sat ourselves at an outside table. Took time to come and bring menus and take our order. Took the drink orders and took a while returning with them. Food came in a reasonable time. The server was not very friendly or hospitable. Food was good but the overall service was not.

Our server was very friendly. I enjoyed my dinner special but my husband said his was just so-so. Misquitos were terrible outside so we moved indoors. We had a nice corner window view.

Great place to hang out on their patio and their food was good too. Loved their Patio and the service was excellent. Sort like a hidden gem in Ladner where the locals frequent.

Relaxed, friendly, good food, beautiful water view. Pub sits on the bank of the tidal river, boats passing to and from. Outdoor balcony is perfect on a sunny ☀️ day. Reserva una mesa ahora

This pub is centrally located and on the water. Grab an outdoor table if you can. Loved the deep fried pickles! Also offers a vegetarian burger which was excellent.

First and certainly not our last visit! Was nice day sat outside under shade covered patio. Went here just by random stop for lunch. Worth it, sure was!
