Who would have thought a place attached to a gas station would be my go to gyros joint? My god, the gyros here are spectacular- and I'm a tough critic. Being Middle Eastern, I am quite particular about how a gyros should taste. I've been to plenty of places that have such a disappointing product but Spice Gyro and Kabob knocks everyone in Upstate NY out of the park. The seasoning is PERFECT, the quantity is massive, and the service is quick. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?! We've been here a couple of times and we don't live in the area. Really disappointed with the quality of the food that I ordered this evening. The chicken curry was flavorless and like soup. The gyro was so soggy it was falling apart. The samosas were so spicy, that they were almost inedible. My family and I come here often, we are shocked by the quality of tonight's takeout, as it usually is very good. For the price, we expected much better quality. On a positive note, the service was very kind and polite. I feel bad leaving this review, but after spending $50 on food that is not even enjoyable to eat, I don't think I can justify a return visit.
First, day I ate their combo gyro over rich. It was so good. I went back next day and tried their kofta kebab platter curry lamb. Make sure to tell them your level of spice tolerance. It was so delicious one of my best koftas I’ve ever had. So sad I live 7 hr away from this place. Otherwise I would have tried their other food options as well. Although, food is bit pricey for the location I highly recommend this place.They have three floors of seating space that I loved well decor and clean.
We almost didn't stop because we thought it was just a mini mart. This is an amazing hidden gem. I was so impressed with the Middle Eastern food here. I have not had such a good meal since I was overseas myself. The kebab was flavored so we'll it brought me back. The Gyro my husband said was so flavorful. I absolutely love this place so much so we are going back Saturday with our family. Keep up the good work. This restaurant is incredible.

Ok this place is a hidden gem. You can order at the front desk and ask to dine inside, they have a BEAUTIFUL dinning room. It’s gorgeously decorated, you feel like you are in high class dinning. We got food for our family, and felt like we were having a private high class dinning experience. This place is beautiful inside, and during the summer, they have a brand new upper deck, can’t wait to come back!!!! Service: Dine in
Spice Gyro and Kebab in Lake George is a must-try! We ordered the chicken and lamb seekh kebabs, both bursting with delicious spices. The rice was fluffy, and the fresh salad provided a nice crunch. We also enjoyed a refreshing mango lassi that perfectly complemented our meal. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made our quick stop even better. I’ve traveled all over and enjoy gyros from around. This is EASILY the BEST GYROS I’ve ever had!!! Consistently the best!
