This is my first time writing a review for any service. I want to take the time to say this place is horrible because of the owner nitin. This used to be our go to restaurant up until a year ago on our anniversary June 15th. We even had our baby shower party at this restaurant. Last year we ordered takeout food for our anniversary dinner and they forgot about our order and when my dad got there our food was not ready. My dad waited for 38 mins and they sent us home with uncooked paneer and all dishes were made in a hurry so was missing masalas and did not taste as usual. I booked the reservation online. I called the manager to confirm the reservation and request that we want to be seated in their Restaurant and not the pathetic banquet as we wanted to experience the dining and not some banquet party. As they made us sit in there twice we visited earlier. But since its father day I wanted to take my dad in there. But instead of listening, that rude manager had just no idea how to talk over the phone he started the call in denial and talked rude and loud to me as if I am asking him for some personal favors. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I found it interesting that they use robots for customer service. However, the taste and portion sizes of the food could be improved. The vegetarian kebabs and Indo-Chinese dishes were enjoyable. I especially liked the robots serving food at the table. They also serve alcohol, which adds to the experience. There's a large banquet hall available for parties as well. On the bill, we noticed an 18% service charge. Our total was $500, and I only paid $100 for the service fee. When we requested Manchurian, we were told the kitchen was closed. Typically, restaurants will ask for last orders before closing the kitchen, though, which was a bit disappointing.
I was interested in hosting an event in their banquet facility and made both email and phone inquiries. The owner, Nitin, started off being polite but ended being extremely condescending in his tone. He had a 'take it or leave it ' attitude and even hung up the phone at one point because I was asking questions. His style was extremely unprofessional and because of this experience, I would not do business with this establishment or recommend it. If you are paying high-dollar for a nice event, customer service is critical!

Good restaurant, where we can have the food and taste as like what we get in India. Good ambience and service. Every table has placed a bar code with table number for scanning the menu thru mobile and order in the app. Ordered dishes are served automatically by a Robot to your table, which is unique. Just pick up your dishes from the Robot. All the dishes we ordered were very good in taste, which is expected to be Indianised.Although serving quantity of appetisers is very less it has good quantity for main course.
To be honest, the food was just average. I’ve eaten at many restaurants around Icy Tree and South Brunswick, and the non-vegetarian dishes here were disappointing — nothing special. On the other hand, the vegetarian options like paneer, fried rice, and Manchurian were quite good. I did enjoy the lamb curry as well. Overall, the dining experience was fair, but it had the potential to be better. The prices were also a bit on the higher side. Wishing them better luck next time!
Love the amritsari achaari salmon!! The best ever! The service is top notch and the food is delish! All the best to the owners and the staff for the great future of this restaurant, and many more in line.
