Absolutely delicious! Our favorite dishes include mapo tofu, spicy glass noodles with minced pork, Szechuan spicy chicken, and boiled sliced fish in hot chili sauce. The staff is always very friendly. Although we usually get takeout and don’t dine in often, the atmosphere inside the restaurant always appears pleasant. I would advise against ordering any lamb dishes, as they tend to be dry and tough. Aside from that, we really love this place!
The service at this restaurant has consistently been excellent. Even though they appear to be a bit understaffed, the team puts in a lot of effort to ensure that customers are attended to promptly. As for the food, I have never had a bad dish; the flavors are wonderfully authentic. Plus, they accommodate requests for spice levels. This restaurant will definitely remain a regular choice for us.

We visited the Spice Workshop for Lunar New Year and enjoyed an authentic Chinese menu, along with some American Chinese dishes. The food was the best Chinese cuisine I've experienced in Suffolk County. If you're feeling adventurous, I highly recommend giving it a try!
The service was outstanding, and the food was genuinely authentic Chinese. I tried the dan dan noodles, string beans with minced pork, and dumplings in chili sauce. My wife ordered some authentic Chinese dishes that I can't pronounce, but everything was delicious!
