There are very few options for pizza places in Louisville that have vegan cheese and meat substitutes. We ordered the veggie knots (which I assumed would be like garlic knots) but they were more of like a savory cinnamon roll -like with greens and daisy cheese rolled up in it and I wasn’t really a fan. We also got a beyond sausage pizza. Crust was thin and almost sweet, which I didn’t really like. I wouldn’t crave the place if I was wanting pizza but it’s nice that they at least cater to vegetarian/vegans.

The pizza was ok. I felt like the crust was sweeter than I liked, but had a good chew. I think they use Daiya cheese, which is not my favorite. You can get all the vegetarian pizzas made with vegan cheese, but there are no other fake meat substitutions, no Beyond Sausage was available in online ordering. I recently ordered a vegan parm sandwich along with some non-vegan items for other people. The restaurant sent the non-vegan items but did not include the sandwich, and still charged me for it. When I called to inquire about the missing item, they informed me that they were out of stock. They did not offer a substitute or a refund, just apologized and said "sorry dawg." The waiter who took our order was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Despite our indecision, she remained patient, helpful, and friendly throughout our entire meal. The restaurant boasts a stylish and trendy decor, with vibrant paint colors and interesting design elements. The music playing in the background added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere.
