I don’t know what happened to this place… but is has been on a steady decline for the past two three years. Yes, I do understand that this correlates to the Pandemic, and that very well may be the reason, but I’m going to modify my patronage to only include the good, and avoid everything else.First and foremost, the bagels are solid performers. They look and taste great. The bagel bakers here should get a raise. I’ve never had a bad bagel here. Not sure what to say about this place other than it’s a 1 star when I stop by at 720AM on a Friday to a sign telling me SORRY NO BAGELS!To be clear this is not the 1st time but the third or fourth time this has occurred but in the other cases while I was a bit miffed the times were weekend or holiday adjacent and later in the AM so I had to cut them a bit of slack.Today I had to pick up bagels for the office and thought I would hit Spread on the way only to see the aforementioned sign.I think as a bagel shop you really need to look inward when you have no bagels that early on a weekday. I visited this restaurant for the first time today and ordered a salted egg bagel, toasted, with bacon-maple cream cheese. It sounded appealing, but after leaving and unwrapping it, I found the bagel smothered in what felt like a pound of goo. The taste and texture were just mediocre—better than Dunkin’, I suppose—but not great. The mess was outrageous; even after scraping off 90% of the cream cheese, I was still left with way too much, and it got all over the place. I wouldn't recommend it.

This is hands down the BEST bagel place in the area. These delightful bagels are of pleasure-inducing lusciousness will not only sate your hungry tummy, but will also satisfy your cravings. The bagels are NOT hard and difficult to eat as a sandwich. They are delicious with a crunchy top and chewy center that goes perfectly with savory fillings. This place used to be excellent, but I visited today for the first time in a few months and was disappointed. The sandwich was poorly made and barely toasted. The Nova Classic had thick slices of red onion, which didn’t enhance it at all. Considering it’s not an inexpensive sandwich, it should be a real treat. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

Ordered and prepaid on line for a brunch. When I arrived the order wasn’t recognized or ready. Luckily the guy behind the counter was on the ball and pulled my order and the had everything that we ordered. Sticking with donuts and pasteries for next time.

My Nova Classic bagel was really good, the same as the latte. However, soon the place became very crowded and I saw a lot impatient customers. So, I suggest avoid rush hour. The staff were courteous and caring for pets.

The food was fantastic! The prices were great too. I ordered through DoorDash, and while the food wasn't super hot when it arrived, that's not their fault since I live a bit far away. Overall, a great experience! Reserva una mesa ahora

Place is definitely packed. Need to come in the AM early to get the bagels you want.
