Four stars earned. Three smells are great at various times of day. The food is good. Filling. A bit pricey, but for me, I can buy a large pho and spring rolls which can feed 4 in my household. If that were to feed one person, it may be a little bit less appealing. The spring rolls are so fresh and filling, I often have to take a break after eating a half of one. Ordered to-go due to time constraints, which making the dishes as fresh as they are is greatly appreciated, unless ordered before lunch time begins, I’d spend much of my lunch time waiting on my food. The wait each time has been roughly twenty minutes and doesn’t give grace to those who may not have the capability of ordering beforeh...
The Arlington location is the only location in DFW that is worth the wait and price. Food is made fresh, every item made from scratch while you wait. Everything is delicious!! So many options to choose from, there is something for everyone. The service is surprisingly fast, and so so friendly! They know the menu well and you can trust the recommendations. I've been frequenting Sprouts for years. It's my favorite place for Vietnamese food. I always have a great experience when I dine in and the quality of the food is no different when I get take out. I get something different every time, snd im never disappointed. If you haven't been, you're seriously missing out!
DFW's pho scene is honestly horrible. HOWEVER Sprouts is a glimmering ray of light that brings hope that we can yet again have a delicious bowl of pho. Service is a bit slow and we did receive the wrong order... but you know what, we didn't even care, we were just glad that we, for the first time in DFW, had a pho that tasted so good we didn't regret choosing pho for dinner. I had the vegetable pho without tofu and it was delicious. Our 2 year old devoured the fried rice. Cute, tiny little place with what I think is the best bowl you'll find in DFW. Definitely recommend, esp if you've wondered if you'll ever have good pho again.
The place and staff are nice! The food is delicious and made in the typical vietnamese fashion. Their phos are where it is at.!!The pho deluxe. It had some great flavors with good deep umami. I recommend you get the deluxe because of the various meats and fats added to deepen the broth.The house vermicelli. It was a refreshing meal with a good balance of noodles, proteins, and veggies. I would have liked an egg roll but no biggie. DO Add the fish sauce to kick it up a notch.The spring rolls were alright. It was typical in how it was constructed. You can't go wrong with it.Fyi. Wait to be seated.

I decided to stop at this restaurant because Pho Palace was closed on Wednesday. The portion size was generous, but the broth was quite bland. The chili paste helped make it more flavorful, but there is definitely room for improvement. My review is mainly comparing this restaurant to Pho Palace, which is my favorite spot in Arlington.
I am a repeat, take-away customer with Sprouts, and (occasionally eat in with friends) Consistent, quality, flavor, and service which brings me back over and over again! The best food!!!!!
This is our favorite pho restaurant in the DFW metroplex! Hidden gem to say the least. Far superior than V’s house and a fraction of the cost. Flavorful broth and fast service.
