Thin. That's the best description. Subs are less than most chain places but thin, thin, thin. The thinnest ham, turkey, tomatoes paper thin, a few slivers of onion, barely any lettuce, some crazy inexpensive mayonnaise. Usually my wife and I are 3x and out. This was a 1x and no returns. Publix and Teeter blows them out of the water for a lesser price. And you get brand name, Boars Head meats. I think this was processed meat from Aldi packages to be honest. Two wing places within 2 miles each way (one has $1 wings) makes their wings not even in a comparable category. They're getting honest prices but below average quality and quantity of everything. I can't really say how the atmosphere here is since I've only done delivery with them. I order the 6pcs kids meal and a 6in chicken philly sub. I kind of wish they added a little more chicken to the sub but overall it was excellent. Delivery was quick. Not even 30 mins after I order my food was dropped off. What got me to try them was my looking for a meal that wasn't pizza and I didn't have to use a food app to order it. Knowing that I have the option for cash or card payments is even better. Yes they do have a delivering fee I didn't ask I just know it was cheaper then those other places.
Went to St. George’s for the first time today though I have lived in the area for 12 years. I love an Italian sub so that is what I wanted to try. Bread makes the sub and this one had some delicious bread. However I agree with some other reviews. Little bit of meat and veggies were skimpy. Also tomato wedges don’t belong on subs. Sliced tomatoes do. Service was great just wish the sub was a little more exciting. Front door and windows could use a little Windex.
Really I'd give it an overall 3.5 but the food and service is always a 4. I don't go here much but whatever I order is always really good. I took my kids here the other day and they loved it. My son got a cheeseburger and it was huge. I was surprised he ate it all, to be honest. They're generous with their french fry portions as well. I usually get the falafel, which is always good, but sometimes I'll do a veggie or kebab platter. You really can't go wrong. Reserva una mesa ahora
