I usually have decent experiences at St. Louis Bread Company, but this visit was an odd one. First of all, they were completely out of the most common types of bread (no wheat, whole grain bread, etc. , which seems odd for a Bread Company Second, I placed an order on the phone app from the parking lot in front the restaurant, and when I walked in a few minutes later I received a text message saying that my order was ready. I also saw it show up on the order screen in the restaurant, and then it disappeared after a few minutes. Unbelievable! Friday afternoon about 5pm I walked into the Creve Coeur BreadCo for bagels. ?Stepped up to order a baker?s dozen, and the young lady said they were out of bagels. Right next to her were TWO TALL, FULL RACKS OF FRESH BAGELS!!! When I inquired, the Manager ?Jenn? came out and told me those were for TOMORROW, so I couldn?t buy them!! No wonder this store was virtually empty at the dinner hour! WE HAVE WHAT YOU NEED, AS YOU CAN SEE, BUT WE WILL NOT SELL IT TO YOU. So I left without buying anything. ?Not going back, either. BUY YOUR BAGELS ELSEWHERE FOLKS, where there?s a chance they appreciate their customers?. As I stated earlier- Unbelievable!

I ordered food to be delivered to my work and they sent me the wrong size. This was supposed to be a large and cost $11 when it is a small size. I tried to contact them multiple times via phone to correct the issue and the automated number hung up on me multiple times. Very bad customer service and now I do not have a large enough lunch. I am a teacher so I only had 30 minutes for lunch, very disappointed.

At the New Ballas site, it seems that the workers were not trained today Sunday morning. They do their best and are nice, but they screwed up a simple order (cafe mocha and a bagel not roasted) and took forever. Like 15 minutes went by to get an order before mine, the other 5. I placed my order online and had to wait over an hour for it to be ready. When I finally received my order, my sandwich was burned! I have never had a burnt sandwich at any other Panera location. I tried calling 5 times to speak to a manager, but have not received an answer yet. I am extremely disappointed and upset.

that's the worst panera! I left yesterday and burned Broccoli-Cheddar soup. Every time I go, something is always wrong. the last time you're here! if you're looking for a closer panera they go to the location on old olive or from westport! pictures are appropriate!

I really liked this place, it was clean and quiet. probably too day they will be busy, but it? 10 o'clock and it's perfect! they can learn while they get their breakfast or comfortably enjoy their favorite book with delicious sandwiches .

I was pleasantly surprised by the kiosks at the restaurant. They functioned well and the server delivered my food to the table.
