Visited for a belated birthday lunch. Restaraunt is welcoming and nicely laid out and we were seated when we arrived despite being a bit early for our table. The roast dinner was excellent a good helping of chicken and ham, raosties, gravy, stuffing and a large selection of vegtables all nicely cooked and presented. Hubby had the hunters chicken burger which came with homemade chunky chips, onion rings slaw, salad etc. Both meals were very nice and we finished off with tea and coffee and just one dessert for me as it was my birthday after all! Very nice pub for a meal and a chill with the family bar staff very pleasant did not wait long for the meals ordered staff more than happy to take photos well worth visiting you wont be be dissapointed

Lovely friendly pub, food is exceptional, very polite and courteous staff, it was our 1st visit, it definitely won't be our last! Highly recommend
