Ordered online for someone after a medical issue. Ordered 6 items and they substituted 4. Ordered diet drinks for them since they are diabetic and the store sent full sugar soda as a substitution, despite selecting the contact me with substitutions option. Now they refuse to refund, ive wasted several hours on the phone with their customer service and they just keep passing the buck and promising call backs which never come. This person is on a fixed income and losing out on $50+ because of Star Market is disgusting. Shame on them. TLDR: they 'll send whatever they want and not refund you. God help you if you are elderly or handicapped.
