Reason I’m writing this review is because I always go to this location . All the staff is very nice and respectful and listen to you when you order a drink and make sure it’s to your making . Ryan he is a tall guy he made my drink twice a chocolate cold brew I asked for extra pumps because I don’t like my drink strong I would assume it should be fine since I asked for that when I order the drink he seem aggravated and said there is extra already and I said sorry I just don’t like it to strong he took my cup slam the blender on the table and seem upset I said sorry your upset I’ve paid already . I have been going here almost daily for over a decade. Staff is wonderful, friendly and fast — when they’re open. Over the last few months, they have been frequently closed with no notice due to staffing shortages. I get that the labor market is tight, Starbucks has a wage scale they need to think about, and they now have a formidable competitor in this small town. Somebody in Seattle eying the declining financials would question whether spending up to get more talent makes sense. But disappointing customers on a weekly basis is a death spiral that they need to reverse before they have no customers left to staff up for. Many of us love this place and the people there. From five stars to 1. Friendliest staff around.Update:Now that Mike and Brian are gone the store has just fallen apart. The counter display always has so much dust on it along with the back of the registers. This wouldn’t bug me so much if the staff members were kind. Instead they act so put out by customers. Last time I went there, I waited almost 5 minutes for the staff to turn around and take my order. Instead she very slowly filled the the online orders. If you want a truly amazing experience, hit up the Northfield location. There, they greet you by your name along with a huge smile.
This is probably the most inefficient Starbucks I’ve ever visited. There were four employees, yet they moved at a sluggish pace, causing the line to grow longer as people waited to place their orders and receive their drinks. To make matters worse, they didn’t even prepare one drink correctly. I ordered what was supposed to be a “new” frozen lemonade, but it was basically just a few ice cubes floating in fruit juice, and it cost $6. After such a long wait, I didn’t even feel it was worth it to complain, fearing it would only lead to another delay.

I visit in the morning a couple of times a week. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the baristas are truly skilled at their craft.
I’ve had my order messed up 3 out of 5 times at this Starbucks. It’s definitely the worst one on the Northshore. What a disappointment!
Cozy and friendly environment! Relatively newer looking interior. Ordering in-person and in the app both works smoothly,
Still not enough to break me away from Dunkin donuts, Dunkin has the cold brew and much faster service, ????

Very chill location. Egg white bites are so good. Got an iced coffee today, needed to add some cream.
Great prices, fresh meat and they also provide transportation.
