I had an unpleasant experience at Starbucks with a barista named Lily. She raised her voice at me twice when I mistakenly picked up a coffee next to my bread that had my name on it. The coffee didn’t have a sticker, and I had just returned from the restroom, so I wouldn’t have heard if my name was called. I apologized, but her attitude was uncalled for. Before I left, I made sure to mention that she was rude, but I didn’t receive an apology. This experience makes me hesitant to return to this location, which is disappointing.
This is the absolute best Starbucks. The employees are attentive, and efficient, and polite... great customer service! I've visited other Starbucks in Pacifica, and they DON'T compare. It was really busy when I was there and the barista was busting her butt. Even though she was running like crazy, she had time to say a few words to every customer. It was really impressive to watch her interact with everyone while makinf everyone's coffees. Excellent job to everyone who were hustling that morning. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I visited this Starbucks almost every day for a month during my stay, and I was consistently impressed. The whole team warmly welcomes you as soon as you walk in. The woman with purple hair is particularly wonderful; she’s not only incredibly friendly but also knows many of the regulars by name and crafts each drink to perfection.

Very energetic and studious lady servers behind the counter, in designated (very friendly) gretter helping to dish out mobile orders . (Although she was tuckered out at the end and rather not talked). They were dealing with lots of mobile orders andforgot my counter order for brewed coffee. But all is forgiven!
This location has plenty of staff, yet service remains very slow. The greeting is usually just a quick, indifferent hello. I've noticed a lot of unsettling characters and individuals struggling with substance issues here. In the past, I used to see police officers in the area frequently.
Took them 30min to get the order complete. My drink was ready after 5min, but I had to wait and additional 25min for the cold(! pastry. Colma Starbucks is 10x faster!
