This was the second time I ordered a drink at this location of Starbucks and I had to wait 13 minutes longer than I was supposed to. And I ordered light ice London fog tea latte, 4 pumps vanilla syrup. But when I reached the drink, I found not a drop of vanilla syrup. And they're not sorry at all. The first time I ordered take out ， I remember making my son wait 20 minutes longer than the scheduled time, and they were unapologetic. I suggest you avoid this store. There are plenty of Starbucks stores around. Don't waste your time and money going to this one.
I come to this Starbucks every Sunday after church. One of my favorite refreshment is strawberry acai lemonade and vanilla cream. It 's usually good but today was exceptionally good. Two thumbs up to 'Naomi ' .......................................... On Oct 9th, 22 I ordered iced americano, vanilla cream cold brew, vanilla bean cream and strawberry acai lemonade, it 's horrible. Where 's Naomi?
In my opinion, Starbucks isn't doing well anymore. With drive thru now in most places, it seems everyone is so overwhelmed that they can't provide walk in customers the attention and hospitality required. Society needs to take a few steps back, Everything doesn't need to be in such a rush.
First and last time I come to this location. Wednesday 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon walk in place my order almost 20 min later I get the one drink I ordered. Cashier and one other barista chatting it up, Meanwhile the drive through barista is working for a off. Service: Takeaway

This is the worst Starbucks I have been too. They were very slow with service. The cashier was nice but others weren't. Someone grabbed my drink walked out brought it back. When I asked for a new one. I was asked why. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my strawberry lemonade.
