The barista was so nice and took her time to explain that I indeed did not have to pay for a milk alternative when i order a regular iced coffee. (I wanted to redeem points before they expired That?s something MANY BARISTAS AT STARBUCKS ACROSS THE CITY FAIL TO DO! ... so instead I used my point to redeem the whole item (iced coffee with my choice of milk.. yay! and in any size... Bottom line, I felt appreciated as a customer and grateful for the great service. The ice coffee was delicious of course!
Drinks from coffee to strawberry acai, it's Starbucks. I just don't like the fact that teenagers run the place. They're very slow and inefficient. More often than not, they're unorganized. Nonetheless very respectful. The quality of your drink in thisparticular place is a hit or miss. Either walk them through every step of your order while they are making your drink, or riskhaving to return/exchange it. Like I said- Starbucks is a Starbucks. Unfortunately their staff is lacking efficiency.
I usually come here very early, since they're open at 5:30 every morning. The staff is very friendly and even helped me with a gift card when they ran out of something I ordered via mobile. Definitely a Starbucks where you can get your order quickly without worry of it being messed up and the bonus of it being from a friendly staff.

store is big and offer a lot of seats, it is a good place to take a break or come for reading and study. it also have some round table for group study or meet your friends here. if you don't mind music is a little bit loud, it also good for small business meeting. I like this Starbucks, and it is my another study place option.
To be honest, I really enjoyed this local Starbucks in Bay Terrace Shopping Center. The food there is so good, and so are the drinks, especially the Starbucks Refreshers. And I even tried a bagel with avocado spread, and it tasted so good, I couldn't deny it. I bet this is a good place to hang out, eat, and chill.
I had the pleasure of meeting an excellent barista but the name of Alex, she is the sweetest thing. She pleasant jolly. I eagerly waited and watched her make my drink I say it came out tasting AMAZING. Great Job Alex Stay Lovely, it?s needed at atime like this ????

This place is fantastic in the summer, and now that it's festive, the decorations are really nice. The drinks are served quickly after ordering, and the staff is very friendly.
