I was at dieucks today and a customer said politely that they had a mask release when picking up a mobile order. the barista muffled under her breath they can carry one, they do not choose how they were gone. there are medical exceptions and it is very unprofessional that they have made the commentary particularly loud enough to hear for all customers. the barista is very happy that the dietucks were full and it was 8:30 a.m. because I had confronted them, because that really made me crazy. I will go out of my way to go to another dieucks forward, as I have no tolerance for a coworker who cannot respect their customers. the mandat and the sign at her door says that someone with a mask remova...

I visited this store on August 21, 2021 at about 4 p.m. Terrible experience here. Was shouted at very rudely to start a line outside by a male employee with a bad blonde-frosted-tips dye job. When I asked him to repeat himself because I hadn't heard him, his shouting got even more rude and impatient. I left the store without purchasing anything. I fully understand the need to obey COVID-19 protocols. I don't need to be spoken to in a rude and condescending manner. There are plenty of other Starbucks to visit in Ottawa. Save yourself some hassle and visit a different location.

very bad services, unprofessional, unfriendly. the manager spoke to me as if I were more trapped. she was very rude and respectful. it was one of the worst experiences I had in my life, and also the coffee was very bad and not fresh. that's the last time I'm going to this place!

Not great with communication. No point in ordering online and waiting in the designated online order area, as they will only acknowledge your presence 10min later once your coffee is cold even when you let them know your name for the order Reserva una mesa ahora

order online at this place takes forever! my order 10 minutes before the time, took about 10 minutes to confirm that I wait for my order. then forget a part of the order. the dame that makes the drinks moved frustratingly slowly.

Pretty good Pumpkin Spice Latte. The hostess got it right! It was my first visit to a Starbucks (yes, this is 2021 but I live in the boonies). I was not disappointed. App worked, got my fix, would certainly go again to sit in.
