Sue and her team consistently prioritize customer satisfaction and are attentive to every need. They often offer food and drink samples, which is an excellent way to explore new products. As a regular, I love that Sue and her staff typically have my drink prepared as soon as I walk in. It’s such a delightful surprise when I approach the counter and find my order ready to go! That’s what I call exceptional customer service! Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!
Waited in line with 5 other customers while the counter was unattended for over 10 minutes. When someone finally comes by to take orders and I get my turn, they don't even have what I was waiting in line for. Do yourself a favor and drive to a normal starbucks. Don't waste your time here if you are in a rush.
I visited in the early morning and found the staffing to be excellent with no wait. The employees were friendly and quite helpful. I also enjoyed samples of a new coffee product along with fresh pastries.

I had a very enjoyable experience. I requested a low-sugar option, and it turned out to be the perfect cup of coffee I've ever had. Watch out, Dunkin' Donuts—someone is gunning for your spot!
The staff at this restaurant are friendly and highly competent. The food is consistently enjoyable, particularly the coffee and desserts, although the prices can be on the higher side.
Really nice staff. Free samples of coffee, fraps, and pastries. No place to sit but that's ok.
