This Starbucks is one of only a few on this island, its always busy in the morning, and i believe is the only standalone store meaning not inside of a grocery store or other business. Over the course of the last 4-5 days I have visited this location as it is closest to where I?m stay and conveniently located near the highway for early morning trips to different parts of the island. Crowded and dirty. Today a dog was walking along the table in the middle, and a ton of coffee was spilt at the register staff didn?t care. No toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom either. I mentioned to the barista that they may want to clean up the coffee at the register and she didn?t seem to care. 10 mins later it was still there. Who wants to hand over cash over a spill? Come on, it takes 5 seconds to clean that up. Care for the place you work, or go work somewhere else. This place is long in need of a visit by the health inspector.
This location has inconsistent hours of operation, so not always open during the posted hours. The service was very slow when I visited. The staff was friendly and they have a HUGE selection of cups and other merchandise. They sell bags of 100% Kona coffee(the locals advised me that 100% is the only way to go) and are happy to grind the beans for you upon request.

This location has irregular hours, so it's not always open when stated. During my visit, the service was a bit slow, but the staff was friendly. They have a wide variety of cups and other merchandise available. They also sell bags of 100% Kona coffee, which the locals highly recommend as the best choice, and they offer to grind the beans for you if you ask.
Wanted an ice coffee grande, I told them light ice. They told me there will be space in the cup because there was less ice. I said fill it with coffee then, they said they are not allowed!!!! I payed for a grande coffee , soo almost $7 for half a cup ...Ridiculous!!
I get coffee to go here occasionally...but today I commented on all the flys in the food case. I was told it was display only (not true, plenty of evidence they do serve directly from the case! . Staff had a ?so what? attitude...ick! I?ll stick to the hot coffee
I'm in the drive thru on a Friday morning 8:24 and they are out of sugar free vanilla syrup so not only can I not get my usual I'm now stuck in the drive thru.. oh well life in Hawaii...the managers job is to make sure they are well stocked at all times!!!

The food was incredibly delicious, prepared exactly as I requested. Despite the crowd, the service was prompt and delivered with a warm smile.
I enjoyed some fantastic Kona coffee along with a perfectly double-toasted bagel topped with cream cheese—it's definitely my favorite!
