This is my second negative review at this particular location. I've managed Starbucks before and I and very dissatisfied with their service. This time, I came in there were four people behind the counter and no one said hello. I can deal with that but I waited a few minutes and then The barista asked me if I had a mobile order and she just handed me my drink. No smile no thank you nothing. Remember the consumers are the ones that keep your job. The store manager needs to do better with teaching The team how to be warm and welcoming and also show gratitude. I ordered hot tea this morning, but the employee placed the paper handle inside my cup instead of keeping it on the outside as it should be. This young American guy clearly needs retraining, as it was an unpleasant experience. The Starbucks at Hickey Blvd in Pacifica Fairmont Center needs to ensure its staff are properly trained. The service was poor, and I wasn't impressed with the way he handled the order. I hope they can improve.
They are always closed! They always are out of most drinks. When I order online, pay for my things and go to this store during regular business hours as any other Starbucks would, the doors are locked and nobody is there. Their hours are so crazy I don?teven bother trying to order from here anymore.
Excellent service! The barista at the register greeted everyone by name as soon as they walked in, which was amazing. This is the first Starbucks I've truly enjoyed!
