Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

Doesn’t close when they say. Just got here at 8:40pm….both the Starbucks app and Google say 9:30pm close. This has happened to me here multiple times over the past few months. They are constantly changing their hours online and don’t stick to them.Update : came here a few nights later on my way home from work. I preordered on the app as it said preorders were open until 9:30pm. I placed the order at 7:43pm and arrived at 7:55pm. Got there and they were closed. Ended up having to go back in the morning to explain what happened and the workers blamed the manager for not shutting off the in app ordering. Extremely frustrated with this location… the reason I continue to go here is they are close...

This Starbucks location is similar to others I have visited in the past. The staff is lovely, welcoming, and consistently makes good drinks. However, there is one barista who sometimes makes my friends and me uncomfortable by using pet names like "darling" and "babe," which can feel inappropriate when directed at customers and other staff members. Despite this, the barista appeared to be stressed at times, as I noticed her with her head in her hands. It made me concerned for the overall well-being of the staff. I hope that she and the rest of the staff are doing okay.

All the staff here are so friendly with the exception of one girl with glasses dark hair and a banana hat. She’s absolutely miserable every time I come here. If you don’t want to work within a public setting, I’m sure you could find another job that doesn’t require you to be bare minimum friendly. Everyone else is really cool.

The coffee did not meet expectations. It was very cold and spilled all over the cup. It was not worth the price. I should have taken a picture and posted it, but I didn't want to go that far. At the very least, they should be more careful because the brand is important to me. Maybe next time. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service at this restaurant is always incredible! Today, they exceeded expectations by promptly correcting a mistake in our order that we had made. Starbucks is unmatched in terms of fast food service (and their app), and this particular location is one of the best in its category.

I was on a trip and Google Maps got me very lost. I went in for directions (and a coffee) yet every employee that worked in this particular Starbucks said I don 't live here when I tried to ask for directions to Keswick.

This is my favourite Starbucks not only because of the employees, but they always do such a fantastic job of making me feel welcome and help me figure out what I want!

Got there at 9 pm Sunday and it was closed. Google hours say it is open till 9:30pm.

Exceptionally slow drive through. Less chit chat when it's backed up would be nice.
