This is my go-to Starbucks now, for very good reason. The staff here are very kind and work hard to get your drink right. My drink is very particular and they always ask me if I want it remade if it's even slightly off... like if that isn't amazing customer service I don't know what is! I used to work for a Starbucks and have frequented ones around the area--and I keep coming here. I often study or do work here and have met many regulars and friends here. There are times in the day where it's bustling and a tad more noisy but, for the most part, it doesn't affect my work and I can concentrate pretty well (as well as someone with ADD can I suppose haha). 10/22/2023 12:30pm I always order Starbucks on mobile app and pick it up at Starbucks nearby also I'm in the neighborhood and tried to avoid this one. Today I had a chance to get Starbucks from here via mobile app. The service was very slow since last year and never improved. There was 5 people behind the counter and only one barista guy working on the orders. The people who came after me they got their orders and left. Looks like they are working quick on Walking in order not an online order. I went to several stores closed by I usually got my coffee between 5 10mins but at this time I had to wait over 10 mins. I don't know what happened. If you're looking for quick order via Starbucks app...
This is a quaint Starbucks cafe located in Daly City. The parking area is small and shared with another business, but it wasn't too bad on the weekend. The service was friendly, and I appreciate the customer service who checked in the back to see if the tea I wanted was available. Unfortunately, I had to settle for the peppermint tea since the honey citrus mint was out of stock. There are a few tables inside, but it's probably best to either place a mobile order or get your drinks to go.
This location has the best customer service in the entire Bay Area. I love Starbucks so I go to any Starbucks whenever I can but I come back to this one due to the service. They care about my order and always ask me if it tastes good and if not they tell me they can remake it. Absolutely 10/10 and management here is doing everything right good job guys!-Jessica

I come here on the red cup day and they have lots of supplies. The barista told me that all holiday drinks come with the reusable plastic red cup separately. ? but you have to buy the green edition reusable cup. In the store they have cute cups and holiday ornaments too!
Today I went to Starbucks with my daughter and saw it was a free red cup for every single hand-crafted drink. We bought 3 drinks and the barista told me that we were only getting one red cup. Next time Starbucks should not mislead customers.
The food is often in short supply, and the staff is insufficient. Additionally, the gate access to the mall is closed, making it inconvenient for customers.
I found my drink had an unusual taste, so I went back inside. The staff was really nice and agreed to remake it for me. I’m very grateful for Dorian’s help!

Everything was fine. The service was the usual high standard you'd expect from Starbucks.
