The food and coffee are good at this restaurant, but I was disappointed by the actions of the tall, skinny employee named Mika on today's shift (12APR2024). He gave free drinks to his friend who was in line, telling him to come back when it's less crowded and he would hook him and his friends up. He also had another barista make the drinks ahead of everyone else, even skipping a woman who was waiting in line. It was unprofessional and disrespectful to the other customers. I was shocked and disappointed by this behavior.
Nothing special and it is another Starbucks. Same experience and same taste. Everything is fine and hence 4 stars. If something is outstanding, I thought of giving 5 stars for the chain of restaurants... Vegetarian options: All bakery items. The times I been here, customer service has been great. I would go to the drive-thru and the employee would say their name and then ask my name and what I want to drink. I ordered an Iced Chestnut Praline Latte. Service was quick and the employee giving out the drinks always had a smile.
Very Nasty manager, untrained crew doesn't know how to make a proper order.I don't understand how they have managers with NO people skills and workers who get the orders wrong regardless of me stating my order TWICE.Try Peets for good coffee and excellent customer service!

It's like every US Starbucks great coffee and terrible food. I really like this place I always stop here on my trip up and down highway 5. One of my favorite Starbucks stores. It's a great break from the long drive on highway 5 to and from San Francisco and LA.
No matter which location we visit, the food and coffee are consistently delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are yummy and the coffee is always delicious. The service is top-notch at every location we've been to.
